The Tulsa Meadow Gold District is set out to be the first-ever 'Mixed-Use Community District.’ Unlike ordinary mixed-use development projects that include only retail + living, the Meadow Gold District strategy goes above to plan for retail, dining, living, and community events all centered around a mutual understanding of the area along Route 66.
