ROSIE THE RIVETER GIANT
LOCATED ON 11TH AT THE PEARL SHOPS
Rosie the Riveter is an iconic cultural symbol representing the millions of American women who entered the workforce, particularly in factories and shipyards, to produce munitions and war supplies during World War II. She embodies the "We Can Do It!" spirit of female empowerment, patriotism, and the breaking of traditional gender roles in the workplace. Standing 18-feet tall and installed in 2025, she stands outside of The Pearl Shops and was added to the Land of the Giants by local developer Aaron Meek, whose own mother was an actual “Rosie the Riveter.”
